Chef-turned-smoker Tony Macneil used to work in Norway, and it’s Scandinavian-style skills that he brings to his range of delicately-nuanced beech-smoked products such as salmon, mackerel, duck and chicken.

Macneil’s responsibly-sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance, and is perfect for starters, canapés, sandwiches or on its own.

The duck breast is cooked and ready to eat while retaining the moisture in the meat, and is ideal for starters, light lunches, or served simply for supper with vegetables and new potatoes.
